Terms and Conditons
Kindly note that we do not promise or guarantee delivery or installation dates. Should you have a requirement for a specific date (e.g. selling the property) then please check with us in advance. We don’t always have total control over the supply and manufacture process however we always inform our customers of any pending hold-up as soon as we become aware of it. We install all products as soon as possible at a time that suits our customers or tenants in the case of rental properties. Should the price above include removal and disposal of your old blinds, curtains or carpets, please be aware we do not patch/paint any holes that remain there unless otherwise quoted on.
Installation workmanship and products are warranted for 12 months from the date of installation.
In the event of your account being in default and being referred to an external party for collection, you will be liable for all resulting costs arising from the recovery including commission which would be payable if the account is paid in full and legal costs including demand costs.

Quotes are valid for 21 days. 50% deposit is required on acceptance of our quote and 40% prior to installation. The final 10% is due once fitted. We will issue you a tax invoice at each stage.
Orders will not be processed unless you have (a) signed this quote acknowledging you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of sale; (b) paid the 50% deposit of the total invoice value.
